Business today is seen to be a ruthless arena, where cash is king, and the only thing that matters is how much we can bank, regardless of the people and environments we harm in the process. People win at all costs, and trample on others who get in their way!
I truly believe that there is a better way of doing business. A way in which people help each other improve, add value to one another’s lives, without using someone else, or putting them down to get ahead. We can own; manage and build successful and profitable businesses, without ripping people off, behaving dishonourably and disregarding loyalty or commitment.
Furthermore; as business owners, we are in a fortuitous position, that many others don’t find themselves in. We have the power, the resources and the free will to use our business’ for good. Unlike politicians and governments who are tied up in red tape and bureaucracy, we see problems, and can use our resources to act and make a difference!
From a young age, I have always had a desire to help people in need, or support people whenever I could. Witnessing the pain and suffering of others has always touched me deeply.
Now at the wiser more experienced age of 32 years old, I have finally found a way to make a real difference in the world, a way in which I can help those in need and add value to people’s lives, whilst simultaneously building a strong and profitable company.
About Premier People
Premier People Pty Ltd started as a ‘one man band’ with one individual who believed that ‘labour hire’ and work place training could be delivered to a higher standard. Labour Hire doesn’t need to be a last resort, with a ‘bums on seats’ approach; ‘quantity over quality’ and profit maximisation through wage and cost cutting. People are NOT a disposable commodity and easily replaceable!
