Our Global Impacts!
We come to work every day to add value to people’s lives by providing training and employment opportunities to people, giving them the tools to build their lives and add value to our clients everyday
We don’t stop there… Each time a Premier People employee goes to work we: provide shelter and protection for orphaned Children; we provide safe drinking water for families effected by natural disasters; we provide an e-learning hub for Australian Indigenous children living in remote Australia
We do all this and so much more through our lifetime partnership with B1G1… Work with Premier People, and make a real difference!… on a global scale!
Grass Roots Employment Project
Face the Facts: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People
We OBSERVE; We LISTEN; We PLAN and We ACT!
The latest Australian Bureau of Statistics report on Indigenous people in the workforce confirms an ongoing trend of low participation. Research shows that non-standard recruitment agencies, more education and ongoing mentoring and support are key to improving these disappointing statistics.
INTRODUCING: Premier People’s: Grass Roots Employment Project
An initiative designed and developed by Premier People in collaboration with indigenous corporations: Gumala; Yorgum and Buurabalayji Thalanyji to engage; motivate and employ local and regional indigenous candidates in a variety of different roles and job positions.
Working with indigenous partners; Premier People is reaching out to our local indigenous populations and those further afield in Port Hedland and surrounding communities, to engage in training and employment opportunities, never before offered by private recruitment and training organisations.
Our Programme targets suitable candidates in local and remote indigenous communities who are willing to undergo training and development with the desire to secure ongoing employment opportunities.
