Our client is searching for an experienced mobilisation person to join their team. Based in Welshpool, the role will involve assisting their busy internal recruitment team with mobilisation and recruitment screening, managing the movement and work patterns of 90+ FIFO technicians and keeping on top of training and medical screening requirements.
About The Role
Our client is a leading mining contractor who are looking for someone to join their existing team on a casual, 3-month contract with the potential to be extended.

Skills and experience
You must already have experience in the planning and coordination of FIFO workers to multiple mine sites. Additional training will be provided, but a minimum experience of 12 months in the mobilisation of FIFO maintenance workers in essential.
- Good Microsoft office skills
- Customer service and relations
- Basic MYOB experience
You must have a 'can do' attitude, be self-driven with an inherent emotional need to succeed. Successful applicants will have the highest regard for customer service and consistently strive for development and excellence in all aspects of the role.
